We strive to provide a healthy, intelligent, loving puppy to every person who purchases one from us. Our goal is to provide you with the best labrador you have ever had! Then, when you want another AKC labrador or have friends/family who want one, you will come back to us!

Our pups are checked by a licensed veterinarian before they leave us to make sure  they are in best of health. We require you take your puppy to your vet within 48 hours of purchase, if you have concerns. In the unlikely event they find a life threatening condition, we will take the puppy back and you will receive a new puppy or refund. We require your vets written statement and the puppy back. We may bring the puppy to our vet for confirmation. 

If your dog develops a life threatening hereditary condition that was missed by the veterinarians in its first year, we will replace the puppy with a new one up to the same value. If you want one from a different litter that is higher in cost,  you will need to pay the difference.

Please note; that although we do deworm the puppies, it is very common for puppies to have different types or worms or parasites and this is not life threatening!

We do our best to breed dogs that have good or excellent hips. Since there are many factors that are not inherented, such as too much or not enough exercise at to young a age, jumping/stairs, too much weight gain, poor feeding habits, poor quality food or injuries can all affect hip scores, we do not guarantee against hip dysplasia.
